Not included in your weekly rate
- Refundable security deposit, $300 to $500 by vehicle category
- Fuel, charging, cleaning, and parking
- Miles over your weekly allowance, billed at $0.30 per mile
- Tolls, citations, and any fines issued during your rental
- Insurance. Details will be published once confirmed by our carrier in writing.
What's Included in Every Rental
Mileage
1500 miles per week included, $0.30 per additional mile, calculated over the full rental period. A high-mileage plan (2000 miles/week for an additional $50) is available on request. Mileage is never unlimited.
Maintenance
Scheduled service, ordinary wear, and mechanical repairs not caused by misuse, collision, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Renter must comply with all maintenance appointments.
Roadside Assistance
24/7 support for covered mechanical breakdowns, jump-starts, lockouts, flat-tire assistance, and towing.
Security Deposit
Deposits vary by vehicle category: $300 for sedans, $400 for crossovers/SUVs, and $500 for hybrid/premium vehicles.
Late Payment
Rent is billed weekly on your pickup weekday, with a 24-hour grace period. A $25 late fee applies after that, and the account is considered in default after 48 hours.
Vehicle Swaps
No fee for a verified mechanical or safety issue not caused by the renter. A $75 preference swap is available after 4 completed weeks, subject to inspection and availability.
Insurance
Insurance details will be published once confirmed by our carrier in writing.
